Take I-80 east to Milesburg, PA. Exit on PA 150 (exit 23). Follow PA 150 through Bellefonte to PA 26, which takes you into State College. The entire trip should take about 5 hours (from Cleveland). When you get to State College, PA 26 becomes College Ave, which takes you downtown.
